Tips to Improve Sleep

As someone who usually posts on real estate activity you might wonder why my current post is on sleep! While this may look like a total segue, it’s not. I’m blessed to have the most wonderful clients and after working as an agent since 1993, I have the good fortune to be in contact with a lot of amazing people! Nowadays, it’s hard not to be affected by what’s happening in our country, there are concerns around Covid, the upcoming elections, and now a lot of Northern California is, once again, dealing with fires and poor air quality. The result of all this is that many people tell me they’re anxious and/or have trouble sleeping; truth be told, I’ve had one or two rough nights myself!

Getting a good night’s sleep is absolutely imperative for our ability to handle stress so here are some tips that I can only hope will help you.
