Many years ago a dear friend, Shivani, told me about a program called Art of Living, I went to an introductory program and really got a lot of value from their breath work practice which I continued after the introductory program. What I find particularly useful is that the practice is structured in time and in the breath work; I loved the focus and found the practice helped me with my busy life.

Recently Shivani let me know that she herself has found the practice so helpful, that she’s reaching out to others, offering this as a way to increase spirits during these tough pandemic times, and stay at home restrictions. Any breath techniques are useful to learn properly from an expert in order for them to be effective.
