Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
In the summer of 2019 I wrote a blog posting on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and how cities are making it easier to install one as an answer to the housing shortage.
In light of Covid, times are different yet an ADU option is more relevant than ever. Not everyone who needs a home office or fourth bedroom can afford to purchase a second home, or move to a larger primary home, that’s where companies which offer ADUs are seeing an opportunity for their products.
